These terms govern your use of KalTrax, provided by KalTrax Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using KalTrax you agree to them.
KalTrax is a fitness and nutrition tracking app — a calendar for logging food and workouts, a TDEE/body-stats calculator, and optional cloud sync via an account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use KalTrax.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. One account per person — don't share credentials.
KalTrax is currently offered free during its beta period. We plan to introduce a paid monthly subscription in the future. If and when we do, existing users will be given advance notice before any charge applies, and continued free-tier access (or a clear alternative) will be described at that time rather than being sprung on you.
Once paid plans are live: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Except where required by law, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or its infrastructure.
Anything you log in KalTrax is yours. You can export it at any time from within the app, and you can delete your account and data on request — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
KalTrax's calorie, TDEE, and fitness figures are informational estimates based on standard formulas and the data you enter — they aren't medical, dietary, or fitness advice. Speak to a qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition.
We aim to keep KalTrax available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms as the service evolves (for example, once paid plans launch). We'll update the date above when we do, and notify account holders by email for material changes.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
